How much does a UK visa cost?

Fees are payable at the visa section or visa application centre to which you will apply, usually in local currency. A fee is charged to pay for the cost of processing your application and for that reason it is not refundable. A fee will be refunded only if the application is withdrawn in writing prior to any processing of the application and biometrics have not been taken, or if the applicant refuses to provide biometrics.
